In this activity, the facilitators serve dual roles. First, they serve as a role model for their profession, and they also provide collaborative communication and guidance to the students as they progress through the scenario. During the activity, the facilitators are available to assist all team members, regardless of their profession, clarifying expectations and asking questions that guide the students to think critically about the situation.
